Dante Nicolello, Esq.
Founding Partner

“Everyone’s situation is different; this is why your estate plan should be too.”
Dante Nicolello has a strong background in business and technology. Prior to becoming a lawyer, he was a co-founder of an Internet startup. He built this company at the forefront of technology using the Internet and the latest computers to provide on-demand printing services. This business was eventually sold. Later in his career at Dun and Bradstreet, he was instrumental in bringing the company’s vast business information to the web. He later held a position at Computer Sciences Corporations in engineering roles working on accounts such as Boeing, Raytheon, Estée Lauder, and Zurich. Not only did these roles require sophisticated technical knowledge, but they also require knowledge of outsourcing contracts and mandated service level agreement (SLA’s).
Dante interned at a major securities regulation law firm, clerked for a New Jersey family court judge and with the Brooklyn DA’s office litigating and negotiating in criminal matters. He has performed pro bono services in divorce court and helped debtors negotiate with creditors who were attempting to seize assets.
Dante believes strongly in advocacy for his clients. He brings his knowledge and problem solving skills to the table to help his clients “get things right.”
Dante holds a Bachelor of Science from New York University and a Juris Doctorate from New York Law School. He is admitted to practice law in New York and New Jersey.
