Walter Lau
Biography
Walter is a founding attorney and partner at Lau & Nicolello practicing Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, and Estate Planning. In the past Mr. Lau represented corporate defendants in civil litigation and individual plaintiffs in personal injury lawsuits. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Lau began his career on Wall Street as fixed income analyst and dividend clerk Mr. Lau was a financial manager and analyst at a Fortune 100 financial firm managing a portfolio of $400 million in assets.
Mr. Lau lives in New Jersey with his family and two cats. He enjoys traveling, camping and taking on new computer projects in his spare time.

Dante Nicolello
Biography
Dante is a founding attorney and partner at Lau & Nicolello practicing Elder Law, Medicaid Planning, and Estate Planning. He also is very familiar with the areas of transportation and technology including vehicle safety, computers and electronic systems. In the past Mr. Nicolello worked in the tech industry as a high level server engineer where he was involved in planning, and executing large multi-million dollar customer facing projects. Part of his responsibilities were negotiating contracts and service agreements with many tech vendors involved in these projects.
His ability to tackle the most complex issues and really dig into the numbers makes his analytical skills a benefit to his clients.
Mr. Nicolello lives in New York with his family. He enjoys in his spare time, cooking, boating and DJing parties for his friends.
