$499 & $999 Flat Fee Estate Plans
Affordable, Attorney Prepared Planning for New York & New Jersey Families
Elder Plan Law is a law firm dedicated solely to estate planning and elder law. To make planning more accessible, we offer two flat fee options designed to be affordable, complete, and attorney prepared.
$499 Will-Based Estate Plan
Core documents for clients with relatively straightforward needs.
$999 Trust-Based Estate Plan
Revocable living trust centered planning for probate avoidance and added control.
These flat fee plans will not be appropriate for every client. An attorney will help determine whether a package or a more customized plan is right for you.

Flat Fee Planning Isn’t Right for Everyone
Our $499 and $999 packages are designed to make solid, attorney prepared estate planning accessible, but they are not appropriate for every situation. During your free 15-minute call, an Elder Plan Law attorney will review the size and complexity of your estate, any business ownership or multiple properties, special needs or vulnerable beneficiaries, and any desired tax or Medicaid planning.
If a flat fee plan is not the right fit, we will explain why and discuss a more customized Elder Plan tailored to your goals.
*Flat fee estate plans are subject to a written engagement agreement and are limited to planning within the scope described above. Court filing fees, recording fees, complex tax planning, advanced Medicaid strategies, business succession planning, and other specialized services may require a separate or customized fee arrangement. This page is attorney advertising and does not create an attorney client relationship.
